SCOPE OF WORKS

• Sub base construction – 230mm layer of base course rubble.
• Capping layer construction- 100mm layer of calcrete material.
• All design levels were controlled using our GPS machine control 12M Grader.
• Laying of 400m of RCBC, 250m of 600mm welded poly pipe
• Onsite crushing of 30,000 tonnes of calcrete material
• D9T Bulldozer used for raising rock; material was transported using road train side tippers
• This project was delivered on a 7 day a week program, operators and supervisors were rotated on a 2 on 2 off roster,
• Company aircraft was utilised for all shift change flights to and from site.
