As the chosen contractor for this significant development north of Adelaide we have created a community comprising of hundreds of new allotments, a shopping centre and 2 display villages.

SCOPE OF WORKS

• Cut to spoil- excavate 100,000m3 from site 1 area to form initial slot @9m deep (100,000m3) Using scrapers, cut materials to stockpile.
• Springwood 9C sewer, stormwater and water installation all whilst under live traffic.
• Highfield bulk earthworks, pump station installation 5m deep.
• Pump station (including box out, supply and installation of pump station, backfill etc)
• 150mm Diameter sewer mains (2.5m to 3.5m deep)
• Springwood Village Centre Stage 2 sewer, stormwater and water installation.
• Construction of DIT Spec main road.
• Construction of Springwood retail link road.
• Springwood Village stage 3: 5-6m deep sewer; Pump station installation up to 7m deep, 375mm water main
• Springwood Stage 4 : Install sewer, stormwater and water main and construct road.
