Buttrose Earthmovers was engaged to complete Stages 4 & 5 of this development, as well as High St and Regent Way predominately to facilitate the development of the new school, oval and future stages.

The Greenhill St Yves development was a comprehensive subdivision plan which includes extensive site clearing and subgrade preparation across an area of 53,417m2.

SCOPE OF WORKS

• Site clearing & topsoil strip
• Bulk earthworks – cut to fill, including level 1 controlled fill
• Subgrade preparation including subgrade stabilisation works
• Extension of an existing stormwater basin
• Road construction including pavements & asphalting
• Concrete works including kerbing, spoon drains, concrete thresholds, driveways, roundabouts, median islands, pedestrian refuges, pram ramps
• Installation of stormwater pipes, pits, swales & subsoil drains
• Installation of sewer main, manholes, maintenance shafts, inspection openings, connections, etc
• Installation of water main, fire plugs, stop valves, doglegs, connections, thrust blocks, etc
• Common service trenching & backfill, and coordination of electrical, NBN and gas installation
• Signage & line marking
• Installation of irrigation conduits
• Workforce peaked at 20 personnel achieving approximately 20,000 hours
