This project entailed bulk excavation of the side of a hill to create a platform for some large concrete water tanks to be built for SA Water. (Built By Others)

This job was mostly rock and required the use of a D10 dozer and 50T excavator including weeks of use of a rock breaker to get through the rock. Towards the end of the job, we proposed drilling and blasting of the remaining rock to speed up the timeline which they accepted. This all went off without a hitch and was a good experience and demonstration of what Buttrose Earthmovers can do to get the job done.
